Reporting to the Managing Partner, the Marketing Director will continually build out a strategic marketing plan to gain and identify new markets and clientele, analyze the efficacy of existing campaigns while leading a team of eager collaborators. The ideal Marketing Director candidate will be an exceptional communicator and have significant experience overseeing SEO/SEM and PR efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to create additional agency awareness and drive qualified traffic to our sales team
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Develop, curate, promote and maintain the organization’s brand voice and image
  • Strategize valuable content for the company’s online presence, supported by a social media associate and internal content talent, that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Oversee and approve marketing materials, from website content, to blog content, to social content, to email campaigns, to sales presentations and case studies
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
  • Control marketing budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, media, partners and vendors
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Supervise and provide guidance to other marketing team members

Requirements

  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • 5+ years high-level marketing strategy experience
  • Exceptional experience with corporate communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Experience in PR
  • Willingness to travel
  • Established contacts within the luxury industry

Compensation

  • Salary range: $125- $150K + Bonus + benefits based on experience
  • Healthcare/dental insurance after 90 days of employment
  • Fully remote with travel
  • Paid time off
